I had something similar at Noodle Star in Maui. The server said they deep fried their Brussels Sprouts leaves and then put a sauce on. Those were really addictive. But deep fried leaves with lots of sauce. So you are really not getting a lot of vegetables. This is a quick and healthier version. -- posted by Nado2003
