Kaiserschmarren

A pancake type of Austrian dessert served with plum or cherry confiture. I work in kitchens in Vienna, Austria. So I know how this is done. It is enjoyed by the locals. I have been in a kitchen where somebody was employed just to make this as it is so popular. -- posted by Allen Henderson
