Sweet Potato, Pumpkin and Adzuki Jelly Dessert (Macrobiotic)

I took advantage of the natural sweetness of sweet potatoes and pumpkin (kabocha squash) and minimized the amount of sugar in this dessert. It’s packed with fiber and protein.
