"Whole wheat flour and wheat germ add depth to the flavor of these pancakes sweetened with applesauce. This is a recipe passed down from my husband's family in Wales. We added some ingredients to make it a little more healthy for our kids. Add fruit if you like and top with real maple syrup... yummy!"
