Kale Turkey Oven Patties With Veggies

Dh and I surprised ourselves-- we like kale! I freeze it in quart zip locks which is about 4 ounces worth. This recipe is a bit heavy handed with the kale but we like kale. This is meant for the two of us, but we each only eat one patty and the other two we use for sandwiches for two days. So if you were going to serve 4, double the oven vegetable aspect.
