Stephenson's Restaurants Fresh Apple Fritters

If you lived in Kansas City, Mo from the late 60's to mid 90's to probably had gone to Stephenson's Restaurants the original being at 40 Highway and Lee's Summit Road. They have long since been closed, however I was able to purchase a recipe book called Stephenson's Restaurants Receipts Old Family Secret Recipes that have some of the original restaurants popular dishes.
