This energy bar recipe was found on rockrun website. The ingredients are in metric so I've had a bit of trouble converting. The first time I made them they were GREAT!! The second time I made them, they burned terribly!! I'm hoping the measurement conversion here will help remedy any errors. -- posted by Chef #401879
