Mojito

For me, a really good mojito is made with simple sugar. That way, you are assured that the sugar is completely dissolved when you add the rum and club soda. This recipe also calls for mint infused simple sugar, which makes the minty taste even more intense. Prep time does not include time to cool the simple sugar. -- posted by Chris Reynolds
